Made of high quality cream colored cotton canvas and black faux leather handles and trim, the look is classic, the artwork is original and every bag has a secret. Every Hidden Baby bag has a baby hidden in the design to represent abused and neglected babies hidden from society's sight. Hidden baby bags are the creation of the Montague sisters, Kelsey, an artist and filmmaker, and Courtney, cofounder of a nonprofit foundation. After working in developing countries to help impoverished children, the sisters decided to combine their passions for art, fashion and making a difference in the lives of babies. A portion of Hidden Baby profits are donated to our nonprofit partners helping babies in need.Hidden Baby bags are made of biodegradable cotton canvas, and the handles are nice and soft (they won't cut into your shoulder!) because they are filled with recycled cotton tubing. The textured faux leather trim is made of polyurethane, an eco-friendly alternative to leather, which involves caustic chemicals during processing, and PVC vinyl, which leaches chemicals into landfills. Please note that we use cotton that has not been highly processed, so the canvas may contain natural, small weave imperfections, such as bits of fiber, thread or seed.
